Jimmy John's

Went here for lunch and was not happy with only being able to have provolone cheese on my sandwich. Customer service was good and order was fast but the cheese killed it for me. I will not be going back until they have a few different cheese's to choice from...

Two different times ordered Tuna Unwich and each time they made a regular tuna. Last time got home and found I'd been charged 2x for one unwich

It was my first time at a Jimmy John's and arrived at about 3:10pm on a Sunday afternoon. There was no wait and my order was taken as soon as I was ready. I ordered a BLT with double bacon and a soda. There was a choice of bread and I chose whole wheat sub. My order was prepared quickly as I watched. When my sandwich was ready, it was handed to me and the preparer walked away as had the young lady who took my order. After a few minutes, the sandwich preparer came around the corner and I asked about my drink. He pointed to a stack of cups on the counter and walked away. Poor customer service but they were fast.nnThe sandwich was pretty close to perfect. It would have been better if the bread was toasted but this was not offered. There were only three other people in the restaurant that had already been served. I give them four stars for the food, four stars for being fast and two stars for basic customer service.nnJimmy John's, yeah!!!

Good customer service and quick. Knocked off a star as one of the employees was preparing food with the mask on his chin with his mouth exposed.

Their sandwiches really do taste better than the competition. I think part of that is because the bread is so fresh and tasty. They're very quick at getting your order made. The ingredients are very very fresh & crispy. I order their sandwiches a lot. Never had a bad one.
