Domino's Pizza

Normally, my pizza is really good when I order here but the last two orders I had too send back. I ordered a pizza today 10/4/2020 around 4:30 after an hour it finally came after I called, when it got here it was old and cold I sent it back they said they would remake it and send it again I live 6 blocks from Domino's they where back in 15mins with the same pizza I sent back the 1st time...I called to speake to a manager and they told me he was busy and he wouldn't come to the me phone, I complained about the pizza and the employee, who was rude told me what I ordered and they would make me another and it would take 30min which proved they did exactly what I thought they did and have a good night and hung up on me....The customer service was horrible and I will never order from there again!!!

LOCATION is definitely going downhill...Steak and cheese sandwich had little steak and was overcooked!!! Mgr on duty was pleasant but without anyone to pickup a replacement I was left hungry! Took an Uber to pickup the first time and I wasn't about to pay AGAIN. So disappointing. I now have a $10 credit on my account but will go to bed hungry. THANKS DOMINO'S.

Gregory was our delivery driver. Was extremely nice and courteous on the phone. Give him a raise!

Pizza never arrived after 2.5 hours of watching the driver on the tracker go all over NE. Tried to call, and they put me on hold and never got back to me. I called back, same thing happened.nnFinally got through. They were completely clueless about what happened. Offered to send me a new pizza that would be here in 15 minutes. That also never showed up. Called to tell them I was going to bed and to call off the driver so we wouldn’t waste their time since I was going to bed and they argued with me about it. Never got dinner.nnTotally nuts. Avoid at all costs.nnAn update to this - someone came long after we were asleep, despite me telling them not to come, and called and buzzed our apartment multiple times waking us up.

Order was delivered super late. Tracking information was outdated and we could not get ahold of customer service at all. The absolute worT delivery experience I've had in my life.
