Refused to provide a quote, customer service hanged up on me. The only way they would provide a quote is for me to pay $30 (non refundable) that pressure me to choose the service because only then the technician can provide the quote. They gave the starting price but no ceiling so the technician can charge whatever price they want. Negative experience.
No doubt they are the best locksmith company with excellent customer service in town. They responded very nicely when I called to fix an appointment, asked me about the issue, and came to my address without wasting much time.
Thanks for the extra care you guys have shown while installing locks in our new apartment. I didn’t see any stains of oil, grease, or other lubricants even though they worked for almost 24 hours. It would unfair to give your work less than 5 stars.
Hired Eastern Auto Locksmith as I needed to replace all the locks around my house. Their locksmith came the same day and replaced all the locks in a matter of hours. I am really impressed with their service. Recommended.
My front door’s lock had been jammed last Saturday and I was unable to open it. After trying for entire an hour, I called a tech guy from Eastern Auto Locksmith, who proficiently replaced the lock within no time. Very skilled, courteous, and responsive. 5 stars!!
