Chen was friendly and the service was really fast. Charged me $10 for each watch battery replacement and offered a 1 yr warranty on all batteries. Definitely coming back again.
I went to this place thinking it was the kiosk that's actually located across the street but just renamed. Turned out to be a lucky mistake! Chan changed the batteries on four watches in about 15 minutes. And the prices are very reasonable - in fact, about 25% less than prices I used to pay at another mall watch repair place. No need to drive farther to pay more. :)
Totally affordable. Went 4 other places in the mall to get a quote to replace a watch battery. No one offered me anything under $25. Finally found my way to this stand and I only got charged half the price. The gentleman was quick too!
