**updated review - support responded & helped / went above & beyond, so review updated to 5 stars. many thanks to KeyMe!**nnKiosk is on level 1 (not ground floor) down the hall by Roots and Dippin Dots.nRFID key cut only worked to copy the building door (for exterior doors and elevators) - it doesn’t work to open the apartment door, so not super pleased to pay $50 for two keys that only half work, but I guess it’s better than nothing at all - hence the 3 stars.
Should have known better than to do this but you live and learn. Poor quality and they do not answer their phone. Will never use their service again
With new machine, you will never wait for days to make a copy of key fob. Great change!
