Very convenient
Extremely poor service. The machine was not working properly and only accepted delivery addresses in New York. After I managed to put down my home address by calling the company, the key was sent to a different address in Washington D.C. by mistake. Furthermore, they refused to tell me the address where the key had got delivered for security reasons and did not reimburse me. The treatment received from the telephone operators was equally awful, and they even hung up the phone several times when I tried to ask for help. Please avoid this company like the plague.
Great customer service and SUCH an easy service to use. My husband got locked out without keys or wallet while I was away, and I was able to scan a copy of my key into the app and pay for it myself. My husband was able to pick up the copy from a kiosk near him, and this all went down in a manner of 15 minutes. Thanks for your help!
One out of four keys didn't work. Very expensive
