Had three keys made for my house. Now I have three useless keys.nUpdate: spoke to customer service and tried to get keys re-made. No joy. Thankfully, their customer service was good and I got a full refund without delay.
KeyMe requested for my address after I paid the kiosk. I didn’t feel comfortable sharing my address with a machine that made a copy of my key. So, I provided a fake address with my actual email. In the end, I had to go to a hardware store. I called KeyMe multiple times and was unable to reach them. I also emailed them but they never responded. I do not recommend this service!!
