Amazing first time aerial experience during our weekend trip to Wilamette Valley! Erin was enthusiastic to help us get acclimated to the apparatus, and talking us through so many fun poses/tricks. Dont hestitate to try aerial yog- what a blast!

Two very cultivated locations that provide a place to focus and develop your yoga practice.helpful and responsive staff that offer a variety of classes. My personal favorites have been the heated yoga and aerial yoga. Reasonable price if you sign up for package deals. Recommended for anyone looking to cultivate the body and mind for balanced health.

This is a great space, wonderful people and energy. Nathan and Antonio are amazing teachers. They are very knowledgeable in the practice. Both have a very calming and loving presence. I am grateful for who they are and their classes.

Great space, good teachers and programs. Not at all a snobby place like some big city yoga studios. You just might love it too.

A wonderful studio with a great variety of classes. Barre, mat pilates and hot yoga are some of my favorites.
