I retained the services of James Joseph after having used several other attorneys in a long, drawn-out divorce action. I was beginning to feel that my case was never going to end. I was referred to James by another attorney. The first time we met, James clearly understood my frustration with the system and assured me that he was going to make sure that the case would proceed in a more expeditious fashion. He very much delivered in many ways. After retaining him, shortly thereafter, the case, due to his perseverance, was settled. I was most happy with his efforts and the result. Since then, I have referred several people to James and they all have been pleased with his representation. I strongly recommend James.
