We were on a road trip and stopped to get gas at Loves when we realized we ran over something and had a complete flat tire. I called Franken Tire Center and they instructed me not to drive on the flat but to put the donut on and they could get me in. We got in and out in 10 minutes and less than $15! Thank you for the quick and very helpful service!

Do you like waiting 4 hrs for a simple oil change? This is the place for it. 10/10 wld NOT recommend.

We were passing through on our way to Albuquerque when we had a blowout. We limped to Big O who turned us away. So we found ourselves at Franken at their closing time. They went out of their way to help is get a new tire and back on the road. They even stayed late to get it installed as quickly as they could. I see some of the complaints on this review board and I classify them as petty. They made an incredibly stressful situation manageable for us. For this the least I can do for these guys is to give them this well deserved 5 star review.

Customer service is lacking and the prices are high and the wait time is a bit long.
