Love the location but it can get a bit tight in here. Decent choices for equipment and staff is nice.
I never write reviews, however, given my horrible experience I decided to share. Belonged to this gym for a few months. Everything smells, needs to be cleaned / updated. You can see the machine rust / falling apart. You get what you pay for. Customer service is horrible. There is one woman who has a horrible attitude and closes the gym 15 minutes early than the actual listed closing time and rudely rushed me and other people working out at the gym on multiple occasions. I tried cancelling my membership and they made it extremely difficult and ended up charging me for 2 extra months, despite me moving more than 10 miles away. Overall, bad experience wouldn’t recommend.
Broken equipment, not even a functioning water fountain were all things i could forgive. When i attempted to freeze my membership they had the audacity to request donations from me.nnI’ve cancelled my membership, what a joke.
Best gym in DC. Barbell focused
Recently moved to DC and we needed somewhere to just chill, exercise and relax. This is the perfect place. 5 star
