BEWARE OF CANCELLATIONS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE.. When we first signed up, we read the terrible reviews regarding cancellations and expressed our concern to Jaramis Wallace (manager at that time) who ensured us he would be flexible if we moved and not charge extra fees. He he has since left and new management will not honor that agreement. Make sure you get everything in writing.. they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you signed up. Areas of Frustration: 1. During COVID they charged you even though the gym was closed! YOU WERE CHARGED FOR A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO YOU... sounds a lot like the law suit Washington Sports Club recently lost. 2. I am on a month to month contract. Was charged the $79 annual fee on the month I cancelled (was told the fee is for the following year that I will not be a member), plus I have to pay my membership dues $113, plus I have to pay a $25 cancellation fee... How is there is a cancellation fee when I'm not breaking my contract (I'm month to month) and I'm giving a 30 days notice. They will look for anyway to make a dollar. I regret not paying closer attention to the contract and trusting the words of their employees which clearly holds no weight. They're charging me $217+ for one month when I'm not even going to be in the city... Fine, then they should be reimbursing us for the months they were closed and we couldn't use the product we were all paying for. 3+ months they were closed and we still got charged and had to pay the annual fee... not sure how that is legal..

What really turned me off is that it really feels like a cash grab and not like an organization that's interested in fitness and it's members. It's not like other gyms are cheaper, but if you're paying $150 a month then you should have higher expectations. Pay attention to the other reviews. management of the gym seems to be really poor and staff have no idea what's going on. Even simple questions are met with blank stares and having to go check with someone else. Cookie cutter decor and very little authenticity.

I cancelled my membership but they still charged me on the month I requested to cancel. They said you have to give a 30 days cancellation notice where they wrote it somewhere on the last page of the gym membership contract. Scammers.

I had a complementary personal training session with one of the Master Trainers, Vincent. He was very professional and attentive.  I really appreciate that Vincent was focused on my goals and explained the rationale behind muscle movements and techniques. As for the facility, the location is great, the equipment is modern, and the staff have been very accommodating.

I like that the layout is all on one easily accessible floor. I’ve been going for a month at various times in the day and haven’t had to wait on cardio or strength equipment.nnThe new men’s locker rooms have spacious showers and large, clean sauna and steam rooms. They’re currently updating the women’s.
