Cashier very rude no customer service at all. High prices unreasonable
Really bad client facing attitude. It seems they don’t have time to attend you and you have to say sorry for giving them your money.nnI would rather go to any other place before this one.
Poor quality cigars selling at quality prices. When I called the clerk was rude and inattentive. The cigars had bad burn on the filler and one was rolled to tight. I think they are not buying from the companies but bootleg vendors. STAY AWAY
