CVS

I went inside to obtain a bag , I even offered to pay fir the bag since DC has a 0.05 fee on all bags the manager Jean said that she would be unable to sell or even give me a bag unless I made a purchase

DON’T SHOP HERE!!! The staff at this CVS is extremely RUDE. From the front end to the pharmacy. I called to ask a simple question. “Do you all have flu shots?” I sat on hold for almost an hour the first time. I called back again and they just let the phone ring and then picked up and placed me directly on hold. No greeting, didn’t ask how they can help. Nothing. I tried to call to speak with a supervisor and was told to leave a message. I COULD NOT GET A SIMPLE QUESTION ANSWERED.

So.... an employee walks with you to unlock each shelf plexiglass lock for 6.00 lotion and toothpaste.nGive you the items and walk away. So I now have an opportunity to put products in my bag and walk out if I so choose? I have NEVER seen this. How does anyone shop in this store???? Lines were 20 people deep. I am out done. Horrible experience.

The pharmacists are rude, slow and never answer the phone. The store is filthy, smells bad and never has the items I’m looking for. The neighborhood doesn’t have a single decent pharmacy

This is absolutely the worst CVS I've ever been to. Absolutely zero pride in ownership. The store is filthy, stains in the carpet, trash littering the parking lot, and puddles of pee against the sides of the building. This store is ridiculously overpriced and a disappointment to the CVS brand. Go to any other CVS but here.
