CVS

I’ve stayed with the pharmacy out of convenience but now at the point of moving my prescriptions to a pharmacy less convenient just so I don’t have to have the same conversation every time the pharmacy misses the mark. It happens EVERY single time. You would think being a customer for nearly 5 years would count for something but this CVS pharmacy treats everyone like they are just a number. There is a really nice girl who works behind the pharmacy counter but that’s it. No personal touch beyond my interactions with her. Do better CVS!

Pharmacy employees, especially the main pharmacist need to know how to treat customers. I just saw today how bad they treated a handicap old man and will be submitting a complaint to the company. This is unacceptable!

Pharmacy is the worst . Along with there banker hours of operation, and the fact that they close early on Saturday ( NOT EVEN OPEN ON SUNDAY) is totally unheard of. Run away from this location .

Self checkout seldom works nor has change. Everything is locked up and the staff is in no hurry to assist. Cheaper prices across the street at Harris Teeter. Just a horribly run city CVS.

The Pharmacist Loza, is very prompt , courteous and professional.
