Made appointment online for a flu shot and got a confirmation. Arrived just before appointment and was told that they weren’t providing them for 3 more hours. No notice or reason given
I understand the changes required for COVID-19 and recognize that hours of operations have needed to be adjusted but if your sign says you are open at 8am, why is that everytime I attempt to visit the store at 815am, you are not open? My visit on Wednesday July 1st, left a half dozen at risk people waiting on the street (sign on door indicates that 8-10am, Wednesday is for at risk individuals) and a dairy truck not able to make the delivery.
This branch has gone downhill incredibly fast. They are no longer open 24 hours, the accessible entrance is closed most of the day, the self-checkouts are consistently broken, they never open when they are supposed to, and no one seems to have any idea what's going on. I would guess this place will close within the next 6 months.
Terrible customer service. Took 4 hours to get one print and they were not willing to re-do a photo order when it was done incorrectly. Better off going to Walgreens down the street.
They consistently close early and open late! I’ve gone SEVERAL times over the past few months easily an hour after “open” or 1.5 hrs before “closed” and the store has been locked up. Items are way overpriced and the self check out machine is constantly broken.
