Nice selection of late fall clothes. Store was well organized and not overcrowded with merchandise which makes the experience better.
The store is always clean and tidy.nDressing rooms are closed due to Covid.nStaff are pleasant.nLines are usually long, BUT all of the registers are open.
I've seen stores with more variety of choice but this one's alright.
I’ve had terrible customer service at this Zara. Most recently, I arrived at 5:40 pm on a Sunday just to have the security guard see me walking up, and then shut and lock the front doors. I waited 5 min outside to then hear from the guard that they’re closed (even though the sign posted says they close at 6). I call the store and am told that because the stop was over capacity with shoppers, they lock the doors 10 minutes before closing. That is fine, except I was present more than 10 minutes before closing and was only calling less than 10 minutes to close because no one would open or answer the doors closer to 5:45. Very trivial in the long run, but enough to be incredibly frustrating in the moment. I’ve had enough poor encounters with customer service and the quality of the clothes, that This return will be my last experience with Zara.
This is about ordering from them online not the store. But it s the merchandise and return issue.nnOrdered the HI-RISE HOT PANT SHORTSnBlue 0/9123/008/400/32 - they came completely unraveled in the washing machine. Washing instructions were followed and they were not put in the dryer. The unraveling deemed the shorts unwearable (see pic). Zara refused to reimburse for the shorts.
