Don’t know who Will is at the store , but we’re gonna need better customer service and time management from this guy .. Don’t tell somebody how fast they shop and registers shouldn’t be shut down with 6 people still at the register!
The store is located in a very strategically point, it is beautiful, clean, organize and good customer service.
Associates are friendly and very helpful also the H&M app is a great companion while shopping throughout the store. I am in between sizes right now so I had to try a few different sizes but I noticed that the company is including plus sizes to their normal clothing line up some of the pieces went as high as XXL. And they also offer discounts if you donate clothing of 15% off your entire purchase and if you sign up for their loyalty program you can get an automatic 10% off your entire purchase. Also the store was very neat, clean and well organized
My experience was wonderful. I had online returns and was able to get a coat and a sweat suit and use my discount. The cashier was great a d the over all experience was really good.
Big selection and good sales! I wish there was more staff around to ask for help, but it was fine.
