This location isn't the largest Lou Lou I've been to, but like all the locations, it has a well curated selection of bags, accessories, gifts, and even clothes. Once, I came in here looking for a jacket I'd seen on the website, and the layout was well organized so that I could find it relatively easily. I'm loving the jacket! Also, the staff is super friendly and proactively offered to consolidate my rewards accounts when I accidentally created two accounts (and didn't even know it).
Every time we go to DC, this is a must stop shop. They always have the cutest selections and great prices. One of my first purchases was a cute little fascinator and wore it for my birthday years ago...we keep coming back. Helpful staff, and great merchandise.
Awesome selection of items for gifts. Sorted by color and style. Ask if they have any sales going on as it is not always well marked but the staff is very friendly and will show you.
Friendly staff, good service. Lots of selection for beautiful and elegant jewelry. Definitely recommend if you have a special occasion but warning: I got 3 items and spent almost $60. It's dangerous for the jewelry-lover!
They don't have fitting rooms. They suggested that I buy the clothes, and if they don't fit bring them back. But why is it on me to make two trips to the store?
