Great place to shop. Good customer service
Usually good for pickups but they lost my order after searching about 20 minutes. When I was told they could return my order and reorder another, I was then told to wait for another customer who came in behind me....I'm not sure the thinking behind this but...why?
Average all around... The first floor is kept clean and very tidy but the lower level is a hot mess. They kind of gave up organizing their sale rack so it's not even worth the struggle of trying to find something within the heaps of clothing.
I have been to this location twice. Once to return a purchase I made online that didn't fit, and then again to look for a blazer I wanted to purchase. On both occasions the sales staff gave me the Pretty Woman treatment, visibly wincing when they had to interact with me. I felt strongly that I was being watched as I made my way around the store, as if they thought I was there to shoplift. I may not exude money or status, but I in no way deserve the customer service that I encountered on my two visits to this location. If you are at all outside the normative status quo of DC-approved appearance, I would steer clear of this locale.
Good like most JCrews but the selection is a bit below average compared to other locations.
