I had such a great experience at the Blue Mercury at Union Station. The person who has working on Mon (9/23) around 5PM was SO kind and helpful locating some options for me and making fun conversation. Seriously awesome human being. I rarely go into these kinds of stores because they can be kind of intimidating, but this experience was different and wonderful. Thank you :)
The staff here is super helpful and friendly. They walked me through a lot of different products, gave their honest feedback and didn't pressure me at all to purchase. They also gave great recommendations based on my needs and sent me home with samples. Thanks so much!
The only employee working at 12:30pm on January 18, 2019 was extremely rude to me. She rolled her eyes at me. She was upset that she had to clean off some products I wanted to try on. I come here a lot and this experience just ruined it for me. She was kind to everyone else coming into the store but for some reason she copped an attitude with me. I am really dissapointed that Bluemercury would hire someone like this in a store where every item is at least $50 and I continuously come to this location to buy products. I’m never coming back.
It's great that there's a clean beauty shop in a convenient place, but staff here are not friendly or very knowledgeable.
