My favorite store but the good guys who were exceptional in service are no more there. Hope the current team follow their steps.
Reserved a suit in two sizes over email and came in to try them on. The staff were all wearing masks and the store was not busy at all. Was able to get fitted and purchased my suit within 30 mins.
Ask for Marietta. You're welcome. She helped me find 4 great shirts, including one from their travel collection that is probably the most comfortable shirt I've ever worn. She didn't try to sell me on things I wasn't there for - just let me wander around then offered great recommendations based on what I'd picked for myself. And she complimented me on my shoes, so there you go...nnPlus, another guy noticed I still had the tacking stitch on a coat I'd bought recently and removed it instead of calling the police and having me arrested :)nnGreat staff.
Mr. Taylor was very helpful in store to help me select a coat and provided me with options to get an item shipped to the store for fitting. Very helpful staff.
Great service and one of the three Boss stores where you can get women’s clothes. Highly recommend.
