Worse experience ever in a “boutique do not shop manager is very rude !!!!! I will not be a returning customer!!!! Again DO NOT SHOP at this location

ESTHER the manager was very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and HORRIBLE. My experience with her was very unpleasant. SARAH (Boutique Director) needs to do something about ESTHER’S manager position.

I had the best experience in Moncler. I’ve had bad experiences in similar luxury stores with unfriendly staff, but at Moncler I was well taken care of. Cecelia was extremely helpful. I described what I was looking for in a jacket and she immediately returned from the back with several options and helped me in narrowing down the choices.

Worst shopping experience for a luxury good I’ver had this week. It’s interesting that the management and staff have their head stuck so far up their you know what. No one walks into this store with intention of being worshipped. It is important to remember that in America we have a free market economy that encourages the buyer to take their New Blue Colored One Hundred Dollar Bills somewhere else for better buying experience. Our neighbors from the north, aka Arc'teryx CANADA makes a better jacket and comparable price point. It’s not worth it because I simply don’t see the value. I’m also not a big fan of the shiny finish and at the end of the day, it still makes me look like a Michelin Man which is not very flattering at all. If you want to be stylish, instead invest in an overcoat for about the same price, you can almost go custom, you can get something that’s really warm and looks a lot better than a Moncler jacket does. A fool parts quickly with their hard earned money......

Staffs are rude. I’d prefer ordering online or from department stores like Neiman, Saks, Bloom... than shopping here.
