In my case bring them my Mini Cooper R50.nThe customer service from the beginning is very well, they explained me everything and how much money for the reparations.nThey give me a date to pickup my car and was ready for that day.nWhrn I received my car one part was broken and I noticed them, Pete (Great guy) took pictures and tell me than they will fix it.nOne week after that, Pete call me and they replace the part.nThe only bad thing is a little bit expensive. But they fix things in my car than another mechanics can't do it.nThanks, and successful

European Service Center got my car in quickly, checked my car thoroughly and called me to advise what was necessary and what other service could be done. They solved the problem and didn’t try to get me for extras. They were also very helpful with general questions and really know Mini Coopers!
