I was hoping to fill out a survey for them but can’t seem to find my receipt. A couple of days ago I purchased a battery from this location and turned in my old battery, which was covered in corrosion. Ms. Thomas noticed I’d forgotten to remove the terminal and called over Rudy since I had no tools on hand. It must have taken Rudy a good 15 minutes to remove it for me due to all the corrosion. I really appreciated the above and beyond service they displayed.
Had an amazing experience with the sales associate and manager at the H st. NE DC location! They were courteous and professional. I have no problem recommending my friendly neighbor to this location! Please keep up the good work!
