This shop is TERRIBLE. IF you buy a car from here just know you’ll be putting money into fixing it up and PLEASE don’t allow them to make repairs to your car! Buy ONLY if the price is right and you’re willing to put money into your vehicle. Take your car to someone you trust. My husband and I bought from here AND allowed them to make repairs and it was the worse decision. We have witnessed others complain about the repairs done to their cars as well. Part was put on COMPLETELY incorrect and we had to take his car to another shop. We have had so many issues with this place. They just want your MONEY. It’s been a long one year and we can’t wait to pay this car off. They’ll never see us again for ANYTHING. Just a heads up

Purchased a vehicle from this dealer and I was told it passed Maryland inspection. I told them I lived in VA and I was getting inspected there. I took the vehicle home parked it and to it for inspection the next morning. It failed! Drivers side caliper needed replacing, drivers side rear drum had a broken emergency brake adjuster cable, passenger side axle bearing was bad, head lights were out of adjustment. About $600 in all for repairs. When I called JTR I was told it happened after I left the lot. I checked the Maryland data base for inspection records and found out it was inspected with more miles on it than when I purchased it. Something is very sketchy here and I'm pursuing it legally.nI do not recommend this dealership at all.nP.S. the Explorer doesn't turn left in 4 wheel drive, don't bother looking at it.

They sold my husband a truck and almost 1 year later we find out the vehicle has not been inspected or registered with MVA but he has tags and a registration card. I called the dealership they argued me down that the paperwork was legit and only after my husband called MVA for the 3 time did they call back and say it was a problem. Someone is pocketing money and paying someone they know off at MVA. You get hard tags right at the purchase of the vehicle which is the first red flag that they aren't legit They are fraudulent do not buy from them I wouldn't even give them this 1 star but i HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST THE COMMENT.
