This Starbucks always makes consistent, quality beverages and also provided consistently stay service. I visit this store 4+ times a week. The staff was quick to learn my name, some faster than others but that isn't important. Its hard to learn a new face when you can only see half of it. Damn masks! Still a super friendly bunch!
My favorite place!
The service was subpar, the employees had a nasty attitude and the cashier Chuck was rude and seemed like he was forced to do his job and constantly huffing and mumbling words, overall he seemed like asking him to do his simple job is too much for him.nnSomeone needs to give him some how to give good customer service classes. I’d advise everyone to stay away from this location if it all possible.
One of the very best Starbucks I have ever went to. Service was fast, efficient, and very friendly. Michelle was very welcoming and repeated my order back perfectly for 3 days in row. I highly recommend this to be 1 of top 5 of all the Starbucks, and I go to Starbucks in Memphis, as well many out of town when I travel. ❤
Worked remotely here for an afternoon, and you can tell the staff tries to go out of their way to be friendly with customers. Great service.
