I made a complaint and the manager deleted it. This is unacceptable someone really need to look into this business they are raising prices because they aren’t doing good business and also the chicken is not real meat and they don’t want this to me know. The manager won’t provide a number or email to send a formal complaint and will delete the ones online off. The lady who runs the cash register is lucky she is a work I’m sure she won’t talk to people the same way outside the environment. But as long as the manager is there she is allowed to talk to you any way and be rude and only speak to people who she like. If she doesn’t like you you don’t get a hello talk about customer service.
Cashier was rude and tried to take me out of character. I new it was a reason I hadn't been here in so long. The male cook was friendly and polite unlike the female cashier. Better customer service training needed for the cashier. If I come back and see her at the register I will eat elsewhere.
This Place has a great atmosphere and good food.. I recommend it.
Sunrise Cafe has a tasty blend of hot and cold food, both pre-prepared and made-to-order. I just wish they used more spices -- most of the food there is pretty bland for my palate.nnNote: while this is located in the FERC building, it is open to the public and does NOT require a trip through security if you use the side entrance rather than the FERC front door.
