Let's put it this way, crowded on a Wednesday night?! Fun for the whole family. Food, drinks, and every kinds of entertainment. I had fun watching everyone having a good time! All this during the pandemic. I couldn't believe it. Enjoy it while you can. You never know when it might come to an end. Thank goodness for places like Bowlero!

Brand new location, definitely loved the ambient. The food is great and the drinks are okay ( good price, but the cocktails tasted like juices). We had to wait for an hour until we got a lane, so expect to wait unless you do a reservation or come when they are open.

So if you want to do a walk in without a wait your best bet is to go on a slow day like Monday- Wednesday. My first time going I had a great time. Food was good and hot when we received it, the drinks was good too. I went a second time & we didn’t call because the first time we didn’t have to. To reserve a lane you have to pay full price which is annoying because I’ve never heard of having to pay upfront a full price for bowling just to reserve. Anyway, we went a second time completely different experience. It was busy so when we came in we had 4 groups in front of us. Ok cool, right? Wrong! I’ve never waited that long in my life to bowl! We signed up on the waiting list at 6:03 pm. We occupied ourselves with drinks and a few games, a hour passed were still waiting. Another half hour passed still nothing. When it got to two hours we just ended up leaving because everyone had to work. My coworker finally got a text about a lane at 10:05 an whole 4 hours after getting on the wait list. They really have to do something about that waiting 4 hours to bowl behind only 4 groups is really ridiculous.

Made a visit to this establishment on August 4th and it was a great experience. My party came to bowl and we had prepaid for our reservation. When we arrived we didn’t have any major issues except for checking in, there was a woman at one of the registers but didn’t greet us as we waited for the other representative to welcome us. Upon proceeding to our lane we were greeted by the manager by the name of Guy. Guy is a great person and has awesome customer service. Guy had came to our lane multiple times to check if everything was okay or if my party needed anything. A woman bartender also had checked in our lane once. Leadership is key and I think Guy is the man who set the etiquette. Besides the customer service, he proceeded to get to know me by asking for my name and I think that’s great customer service to make your guest feel welcomed and also feel good about spending their money with the establishment. Other than customer service, the atmosphere was great and a clean facility especially during the Pandemic. Cleaning staff was attentive. Guy needs to be promoted for his effort and effectiveness. Needless to say, after checking in we had a good time.

Definitely a nice place to bring kids. I like the automatic bumper feature when you go bowling. That way they bumpers can come up for the kids and go back down for the adults.
