No branch issues thus far.Its convenient to my home. I have experienced an issue calling customer care; thus my reasoning for the stars.
I just left the bank on 1st and n st n.w and I have an account to banks and the teller refused me a roll of quarter so now I must close out my account with them.
I talked to a guy named Peter who said he was the branch manager. I was trying to pay rent and TD placed a hold on my check for fraud activity. He refused to try to help and was not really nice. His recommendation was I open a bank account at HSBC. I called another branch and they had it fixed within 15 minutes.
I met with a young man named Maynard to discuss my options. He was attentive and personable. Most of all, he listened and didn't have a sales script to pitch to me. He helped me with my concerns and I felt that I could trust his services.
TS Bank is fine. Stay AWAY FROM Maynard! He literally SHOUTED my social security number out while I was trying to open an account. I literally walked out. So unprofessional!
