TD Bank

If I could share this review with zero stars I would. One is way too generous. My brother-in-law went to this branch with all the right forms of ID to take out HIS OWN MONEY and was refused service because of the colour of his skin. He has since been barred from this branch because he was upset and raised his voice. I am not just angry about this. I AM FURIOUS. I sincerely hope justice is served here. I advise you to take your money elsewhere and find a bank who will treat you fairly as a valued customer without prejudice.

I have been appalled by the bank’s treatment of my son-in-law with blatant racism, followed by verbally lying to my daughter over the matter. I am hoping there will at least be an apology.

Staff is very dismissive toward people of color. Do not expect a warm welcome. Just started banking here best I can say is the service is fast long as your not in need any help!!!

I found that they are not arranged in numerical order at all. I came earlier than the other three. They are all handled well and I am still in line

Need more people working here. During the lunch hour there is 1 customer service agent working and 1 teller.
