Terrible they send you letters so you can get intouch with them and then when you call them they hang up on you because of the high call volume and tell you to call the next business day and then the next day the same thing happens.

I can say this office is doing the best they can. With the staff that is working.

Terrible experience. Does not deserve even 1 star.nI went there with my wife and our 2 young children. Although we had appointments and went there on time, they said they will not process our applications because they were short of personnel. They said call again and make new appointments. This was so ridiculous. They did not even call or e-mail me before about their situation. So we went all the way back home without doing anything.

The person that helped me on door 8 and the front desk person are amazing. Great customer service and professional.

Someone needs to get this place situated.nIt's hard to believe this place is a government building, the people that works here run this place like a third world country butcher shop.nFunny and unbelievable at the same time..
