100 stars! I had such a complicated tax situation and tried preparing my taxes online and in person with multiple firms, but no one knew what I was talking about! I found Karim & Associates because he is an Authorized Acceptance Agent for the IRS so he could help my husband apply for an ITIN. Most tax preparers didn't know anything about this, but Karim & Associates knew everything about our situation - everyone here is a true expert! He made our complicated situation so easy, and was able to process all of our forms quickly and promptly and was able to answer all of our questions. Amazing, expert and kind service! He made my taxes so easy, when I had been worrying about them, and trying to figure them for months!

The best of the best! This is my second year using them! 1000% satisfied! I wish I would've knew about them years ago! They even have a customer portal so that you can upload your tax documents and even send quick notes to their office. This was so convenient as I live pretty far from their office. They are quick, thorough and very professional.
