Spring Lake Recreation Area

Pretty place but I guess it’s closed in the fall. Tried to go here October 16th 2020. The gates were all locked.

Hidden gem in the Ozarks. Bathrooms and picnic areas. Please clean up after yourself and obey the no smoking no pet areas.

Only given one star because 1) It's a beautiful location if it weren't nasty and 2) I couldn't leave a review without at least 1 star.nI swam in this lake today and pulled 2 baby leeches off me. This lake needs to be tested/checked for leech infestation and shut down for swimming until the problem is solved! Also, the bath house is nasty and unkempt.

Wonderful swimming spot just wish bathrooms and showers were better,... But this place I love and has a special place in my ❤ufe0f

Water was nice. Air was breathable. 10/10 bathroom smelled great.
