The jumbo popcorn chicken was perfectly fried; not overdone. The tots are always yummy and their new Smores shake is super good. Totally enjoyed the food today. The wait to have my order taken was long but they were very busy during the lunch rush, which is understandable. Although, the time for the food to cook and make it out to my car was surprisingly quick. All in all it was a positive experience with a very nice car hop who even brought extra napkins without being asked.
They've had a large turnover with employees. Understand it takes time to train new ones. It is the most disappointing visit every other time I go there. Either a 30 minute wait at times or they can't even get a drink order correct. I do however believe in loyalty and I wish they would put that one young man in charge I'm pretty sure he would be more efficient and make it one of the top spots in the state. I wish there was a correct way to address the franchise owner personally but this seems to be the only way. So sir if you're reading this you need to tighten up people aren't getting their money's worth. And you've got one of the best locations anyone could ask for. Everyone I talked to about your service as of late says the same thing
You can never go wrong with Sonic! It always great food and good drinks. Yes, sometimes they're slow, but when you're understaffed and packed things get crazy. Absolutely love Sonic and appreciate the employees there!
35 minutes to get food. No ice cream available. Popcorn Chicken was inedible. Tater tots were undercooked. But the cinnamon treats were good.
Best sonic I've ever been to. Everything was so fresh cooked very well! Best fries and onion rings were very obviously fried with fresh oil! Will go out of my way to go there.
