Bowers Diesel & Auto Repair

I just want to thank James and his crew for a job well done! My truck was repaired quickly and within the quoted amount. James even came in on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule! I will totally use Bowers diesel & auto repair for any repairs that are needed in the future!

Back in March 2020 I just showed up with my hard starting 1997 Ford F-350 7.3L into James to look at. He took the time to quickly throw his scanner on it, checked the fuel for oil(most places want you to make an appointment) which I thought was awesome of him to do. He was professional, honest and courteous. Ended up dropping my truck off a few days later and let him keep it. Called me when issue was found.(4 out of 8 glow plugs were bad). Gave a very fair price on batteries, new glow plugs, relay, belt and the labor. I also have received two text messages since then just checking in on how this old truck is doing, which is really cool thing to do.
