Domino's Pizza

I usually love Domino’s but I’ve been ordering my pizzas here lately with “light sauce” and it has NONE when I get it home.

It took 4 hours to deliver two pizzas. No calls. When I called them my pizza had “magically” disappeared. That was the real reason given.nThe delivery driver then went to the wrong place, called, and was exceptionally rude complaining that I wasn’t coming to the door.nThe manager called the next day to offer a $25 credit as an apology but there’s a $5 fee if you want to use it. Wow.

The pizza was not ready when the pizza tracker said it was. The employee at the store double charged the card and took seven dollars in cash. Looking at the receipt the seven dollars was accounted in payment. However, the card was charged for the full payment amount. Otherwise, the pizza was good and made properly.

I have ordered many of times from domino’s in searcy and they have always given me what I wanted and on time until a couple of weeks ago when it took about an hour to get to my house. Then again tonight when I waited an hour and a half on my order and when I called it still hadn’t even left the store yet.. super disappointed..
