We didn't have to negotiate in person at all - it was all done via email. She was able to locate the exact model I wanted and had it on the lot in less than 24 hours. Patrick was our sales person and he was super friendly and helpful. Two days after we purchased our car, he emailed us and said we would get two free season passes to Mt. Hood Meadows, which is a great perk!
