We reached out to several Toyota dealerships for a price quote for a new Highlander. Cheryl was by far the fastest to respond via email, and she gave us the best price to boot. We didn't have to negotiate in person at all - it was all done via email. She was able to locate the exact model I wanted and had it on the lot in less than 24 hours. Patrick was our sales person and he was super friendly and helpful. Two days after we purchased our car, he emailed us and said we would get two free season passes to Mt. Hood Meadows, which is a great perk!
We went in to look at cars and had the best experience. Matthew Pearson was our sales rep and he was GREAT! Jordan was our finance specialist and he made the experience super easy, they even came back at the last second with an even better deal for us! I was in the market for a new car because I wrecked my car. I didn't know if it was going to be a total lost. Patrick did an amazing job!! He was no pressure the whole time and extremely knowledgeable!! I’ve owned Toyota’s for years and didn’t know half the tips and tricks he showed us. We drove several different models and finally decided on the Highlander hybrid. Everyone at the dealership from the sales people to the finance people were very welcoming and helpful.
