Showed up out of the blue... was not going to buy here. Asked if they would match a price I received. They did. Next thing I know i own a new truck that I purchased through McMinnville Toyota. These people are awesome! No pressure.. friendly... just amazing people. Not sure why I didn't consider buying a truck from these guys... If you want a Toyota come here!!!! Best car buying experience ever! Thank you Darwin and nick!

I have to say that this Toyota dealership was great!!! Patrick and Justin were both wonderful to work with and so welcoming, they didn't pressure us into anything and helped us find a place to sell our car instead of trading it in. they made the process very easy and not stressful in any way. Highly recommend them if you are in need of a Vehicle.nnAlex in financing was very nice and even though he was slammed he kept us updated in his timing.nnThe communication from everyone was great!!!nnHighly recommend this dealership!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would not let anyone take a vehicle here!nnMy wife and I had the worst experience with this Toyota dealership. Our Toyota Tacoma was making a creaking and groaning sound so we took it to them to look at because we believed that a Toyota dealership could handle it best. They locked our truck up for an entire night without communicating with us. Then, they told us there was nothing wrong with it and still charged us $50. Not long after that, we were driving and our front left tire snapped off completely! The truck dropped to the pavement which also caused damage to the brakes. We brought this to Toyota's attention, and they promised that they would make this right and give us something. They asked for the invoice from our mechanic (we did not take the truck back to them). After waiting a month, and them dodging our calls and making excuses, they finally told us they were going to do nothing for us beyond refunding the $50 they charged. They claimed to be so sorry and understanding of what happened but it was obvious from their actions that they did not care. Terrible service, terrible management, very unprofessional, DO NOT go here!

Shopping for a previously owned vehicle with my parents. I didn't go inside and only interacted briefly with a salesperson. Dad was happy with what was a smooth transaction. All around great and non-stressful experience!

I had the pleasure of working directly with Phil Doran, albeit from halfway across the country, and it was the best used car buying experience imaginable. Phil was honest, genuine, and helpful, and most importantly I love the car and feel like I got a great deal. I will definitely check back next time I’m in the market!
