From the minute I arrived at Mac Volkswagen Service Department, I was greeted and treated to the finest service possible. The service dept. at the counter immediately looked up my order for the 30,000 mile service and said they would get right on it, and they did, as usual. I was invited to wait in the service dept. waiting room or the sales floor, as they had some tables and chairs set up there for this purpose due to the corona virus problem. All the people that I had contact with at Mac Volkswagen are friendly and helpful. As I waited I chatted awhile with one of the sales staff. Friendly fellow! After the work was done on my Passat, the service manager came looking for me to explain what they did and show me the things that might need further attention. He went through the paperwork thoroughly and there was nothing he did not explain to me. I decided to have a wheel alignment as he suggested it would help me get maximum use of the remaining tire life. As soon as they were through with the car, they offered to wash it, but I already washed it at home the morning of my appointment. I appreciated the fact that all the service points were thoroughly explained to me and all the costs were well explained. Great place to get your Volkswagen serviced!

I have the major services required for my VW done here. A reputable company that understands customer service. They will give you a free loaner if needed while your car is being repaired. Very competent mechanics. I have no exposure to their sales end of the dealership so I can't speak to that end of the business.

Had a great experience! Mike, Austin, and Juan were extremely helpful, very professional and very efficient. Got a great SUV and this car buying experience makes it even better. Highly recommend making the trip out there (we are from Portland) if you are looking for a VW!
