Don’t put cars on “hold”! Called about seeing a car that was still available but couldn’t be shown because it was being loaned out. So I was told the car would be put on hold once it was returned and I would come to see it ASAP. Called less than 48 hours later to see if it was returned only to be told that someone walked up and bought the vehicle within an hour of it being returned. Call me naive but a “hold” seems to mean nothing as I wasn’t even notified it had been returned and if I was I would have been there within the hour. I’m in no position to condemn the dealership outright but this absolutely poor business and further sours my feelings toward dealerships and their bottom line. Be wary! Very disappointing...

Scheduled my car for service to get checked out a week in advance. Dropped it off early on the day of appointment. I called them 3 days later for them to tell me they didn't know why my car was there for. Really? Come guys get it together. Picked up my car and took it to Newberg chevy instead.

Great people, went there to just check a car recently put out on the lot, and they went all out to let me see it. Great folks.
