Ordered coffee this afternoon in the dining area while celebrating my daughters birthday, The older male employee serving us was extremely rude. Inquired about lunch food, very short, didn’t seem at all interested in selling anything, so we left with just our coffee. This was not my first visit at this location. Had many visits prior to this and the employees were friendly. Very disappointed!!

Got exactly what I wanted and liked it

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE in drive thru. Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru @11:52 until 12:28 to the window. No apologies and reasons for the poor service. We had a basic order Americana and flat white. We will not be back.

My coffee had a strange taste, I was traveling and within 30 minutes I was sick. I dont think they paid attention to the fact that it wasn't supposed to have dairy.

Wait is a little long in the mornings, but what makes it worth it is, Michael always remembers my order and all the staff is polite.
