Y’all.... Jason May is the bomb.com! I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. He was super helpful, went above and beyond and was able to put me in a vehicle that I love! Go to Car City, ask for Jason and let him work his magic, you won’t regret it.

We are completely heart broken by the experience we have had with Car City. Our salesman was very sweet and worked to get us into a good vehicle. And we believed Car City had done us right. Unfortunately that turns out not to be the case for us. They sold us a bad vehicle. We asked on numerous occasions about the condition of the vehicle. We had a bad experience before and were wary, but they assured us the van was good and had been thoroughly checked , oil changed, and any repairs made before selling it. We do not believe that happened. Within just a couple of weeks we began having big problems with the van. And now only two months out the van is in the shop again, undriveable and dangerous. The estimate for repairs is outrageous and we don't have that kind of money. Trip with Car City assured us last week the repairs would be covered, and of course now after getting final estimates they are unwilling to help us. I don't believe the van was ever properly checked out before being sold to us. At the time of delivery it was also supposed to have already been cleaned and detailed, yet inside was mud, leaves and trash, including soda cans left behind from the previous owners. They did allow us to bring it back in for a cleaning, which we did. But, if they were not truthful about it being clean which is a simple thing, how are we to believe they ever checked this vehicle out, changed the oil, and made repairs before selling? We are so disappointed with the outcome. Crooked business, untruthful information, and unwilling to help.

I just want to say that the salesman Austin Smith at Des Arc Car City is very professional. Not only did he come up there after hours to help me find a car but he took all the time needed to explain everything to me. I showed up at 7:50 pm and was ready to go by 9:30 pm. Austin let me test drive the vehicle I had choose and explained everything to me. Made sure all of my lights worked and double checked all of my fluids, my air pressure in my tires for me, and even put gas in it. I just want to say that if you need a vehicle get ahold of him he will not give up on you and will keep you up to date and explain everything the whole way through the process. Thanks for the very professional service and the nice car A+ hands down. I will be back.

I just want to give a shout out to Jason may at car city I didn’t have a lot of time with my work schedule to car shop from filling out the application to stopping in the store was on of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car and super fast Jason found me a nice fully loaded ride with a great payment and had me in and out the door in 20 min had all my paper work ready and even though they closed at 3 pm Jason came back to the store to deliver my car at 730 at night that right there is customer service Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of my and I looking forward to doing future business with you as well. You can’t find many people to take time away from there family in order to meet another needs in buying a car. Go see Jason for a nice ride at a fair price and you won’t be disappointed because I’m sure you will be as impressed as I was.
