Terrible vehicles and terrible salesmen. Even the GM was terrible and rude. Bought a car and didn’t even make it home before it broke down. Came to get a new one and they stayed inside playing on their phones instead of coming out to answer our questions. Literally every car that we’ve looked at the check engine light was on. One looked like a nice car until we asked him to read what the check engine light was on. His face got red when he seen the results and nervously said he didn’t know. Also overheard the staff talk bad about us to another customer. Will buy next car from my neighborhood crackhead so I won’t get screwed as bad. The 85 Datsun with a lawnmower motor the crackhead will sell us will be much better than anything car mart has to offer.

I went to so many other dealerships and they wouldn’t do anything for me, but car mart was AMAZING!! They set up everything for me and worked around for me. They value their customers, and are great at what they do!! Thank you guys so much! Will definitely be getting My vehicles here in the future.

Im just not satisfied. Im paying $500 a month on a 15 year old car with problems (which i had pointed out before driving off and they did nothing, even though it has a warranty) because they keep changing how much I have to pay, and my payment occurrence on me and not telling me. It was originally agreed on X amount on X days. Now its double that.They also mysteriously added $300 to my total loan amount. I needed a spare and they said it'd be 1 week till I got one. It took them 3 weeks to get me one. I have to continously keep on with corporate about the situation. Saddening.
