Very understaffed. Went in today and 2 bankers were helping customers at desks to set up accounts. But there was a line of 5 people in the lobby and a line at the drive through and no one was helping at the counter. No one said anything and most people in line just left. I waited it out for 10 or so minutes but no one acknowledged the line so I left
The bank manager. The main manager to be exact of the McMinnville store his name is lois and my grandmother had a suspicion card purchase on her account and he literally brushed her off like did not even want to listen to her. And that is one thing I will not stand for. A bank is supposed to protect you from purchases or suspicious activity on your account and that is ridiculous I can not believe his disrespect I will be banking somewhere else. And so will my grandmother
I can be away for what seems forever and they remember my name when I come visit. And always fast reliable and correctly preformed service
Notary stamped over important print and spelled name wrong on an escrow form. And if you need any accounts opened or any changes you cant just walk in they make you make an appointment and come back. Way under staffed and lack of knowledge.
Chase has started eliminating accounts of people they differ with politically. Be very wary. If you exercise freedom of speech and they disagree. You could loose your account.
