Switched to this bank when I came down for graduate school almost 5 years ago. All I needed was an auto loan for a used vehicle so I could get around town and back home. Was denied because of my student loans, but the person said whenever I graduate and have a job to come back and they be glad to help me with a loan. Why in the world would I come back and get service from a company that refuses to help when I needed it. My debt to income is 17%, I have good credit, but because I am a younger loaner and I have student loans it hurts my chances.
Shout out to Ethan Bly. He is quick to answer, knowledgeable about everything mortgage, and rates are SUPER low right now!! Ethan cares about you as person, not a paycheck. Highly Recommend!!
