This is the worst bank! Do not bank with here! Completely unprofessional. I regret ever opening and account here. They have four different names, how shady is that!
I don’t recommend this bank. They are near impossible to get ahold of when there is an issue which seems to be every couple of days lately. I was on hold for 30 minutes finally go through she argued with me for a while before I asked to speak with a supervisor. She tells me a supervisor is on the line and of course I get disconnected. There is no local number I have found to call. Now sitting on hold again to try and get through
I opened up an account with this Bank in January. So far it has been horrible. You cannot contact their Bank ever none of their numbers on their website work. It's starting to feel more and more daily like it's some sort of scam. I highly recommend using a different bank.
Worst bank ever they said everything was free when i stopped using amd closed it out they didnt close it they charged me 12 bucks a month after i stopped using it put me 8n the negative so now i owe them money for nothing the branch manager adrian lucero was absolutely terrible wouldnt do anything about it told them last to close it they didnt worse customer service ever
