Simmons Bank

I have been wrestling with the question about reviewing this bank.nnAbout a month ago my husband and I went through their drive ATM. My husband and I bank at First Security bank in Fayetteville, Arkansas and Central bank of Branson. My husband typed in the wrong pin three or four times.nnTheir machine would not give the card back to us after that so we drove around the bank to talk to a teller in the drive thru only to be told that they could not give my card back to me.nnWith one call to Central bank my bank card was rendered deactivated 10 minutes after the card was stolen from us at the atm drive thru.nnI am content with the fact that I called Simmons bank and apologized for my husband losing his temper and shouting. I received a new bank card about a week later, my bills had been paid before this botched atm attempt, and I never have to deal with them again.nnMy problem with this deal was that there was no real explanations. Just a terse: “we can’t walk a few yards to take your bank card out of our atm if you can show identification. They also didn’t offer me a phone number or webpage explaining their procedures in regards to out of state banks.nnI would have given a lower score here but one is the best that I can do. Obviously this happened because my husband got upset and raised his voice. I was punished because of my husband who isn’t even on that bank account.

Great friendly people. They get to know you and really care about you and your family. We have been there for years!!!!!

Too slow at everything

Everyone here is so helpful and professional. I love going into the bank and seeing everyone. Whenever I have needed something they have done their very best to help me. Great people and great customer service.
