H&R Block

I have used H and R Block for over 20 years. The local McMinnville branch did not do my taxes correctly. When I complained nobody did anything, called over 50 times. They do poor work, they are unreliable and unresponsive. My tax return has been held for over 6 months now.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Our tax Pro is excellent! We love her and have used her for years. The office is so nice and comfortable and welcoming.

the service was great and all, very fast for sure however I am very upset that the tax pro did not ask me for my bank info for direct deposit and during this time of COVID-19 when I called and asked about my direct deposit info and I told the lady why she didn't ask me she did not answer the question just transferred me to someone else. That really upset me now I will have to wait for who knows how long to get any relief check any time soon and this is just very very stressful at this time. direct deposit or bank info is a is a big deal and should not be a missed question to ask a customer.. just frustrating its really rude to just discard someone because you cannot answer a question or you Truly forgot and now Only I have to deal with it
