If I could give them a zero I would. With being a mother of five kids I depend on having a van and made this very clear. The van that I was sold had 2 severe engine leaks and 2 severe transmission leaks. I found this out by going to get an oil change as soon as I left the building. I called and talked to the company and they assured me that they had checked out the entire vehicle when in fact all you had to do was look under the car to see the ENTIRE undercarriage COMPLETELY COVERED in oil. They sent me to a mechanic who literally did NOTHING to the vehicle (learned this later down the road and my next oil change.) The same people changed my oil and said that nothing had been touched. The van had been sitting in my drive way for the last 3 months because I had to have a part for the engine replaced because it was unsafe for me to drive with my children. So after finding out this information about the leaks still being there and nothing had been done I called and let them know. What did they do???? NOTHING. On top of all this I've driven this van a total of 3 times yet I find out today THE ENTIRE TRANSMISSION needs to be replaced. These people are crooks. They saw a mom who knew nothing about vehicles and totally went for it. I have been advised to speak with a fraud lawyer and been given several numbers so that is exactly what I will be doing. I have pictures from the first day finding out about the leaks showing how OBVIOUS these issues were. I should not have trusted them to send me to THEIR mechanic. Next stop after this post is the BBB then lawyer. I hope they don't get any other people this way.
